How long is the video?
A short loop (typically 10–20 seconds) that plays continuously. Short loops look the most natural on a spherical display.
What kind of photo works best?
Bright, high-resolution photos with a clear subject. The video will match the quality of the photo. If you upload an older blurry photo, the video will be blurry.
Can I update the video later?
Yes—contact us for a re-load service if you want to swap or add scenes later. You can also load it with your own mp4 video files.
Can I send a short clip instead of a photo?
No. Our service is setup to generate a short video from a still image.
